As far as being to the other character's advantage, it wouldn't seem like it. Though, like unsanctifer said, she could be floaty like May. At the same time, we really don't know her hitbox yet. Her hair/staff could very well make her hitbox larger, and thus more akin to a normal character, or god forbid another Rachel-box.

Projectiles increase in speed and damage with every consecutive bounce. Attempting to throw Platinum results in Chris Hansen banning your character from the PAL release.
