  2. there's no way to force either voice. both are good anyway! assuming you're using jp voices, which if you aren't i'm not sure why you're even playing the char dangaboy: neutral (as well as everything else) is highly dependent on your current item, but itemless neutral usually revolves around 2b (nice reach, hits low, low profiles), 5b (catches rolls/backdashes, really active, great range), j.b (nice air-to-ground hitbox, fast), and j.c (long horizontal hitbox, good air-to-ground and air-to-air but a bit on the slower side for the latter). for combo routes, you can check moy's thread. 22c combos generally use less combo timer for item followups. itemless oki is generally 3c bubble, but you can go for a safejump instead. bombs and missiles are strong for both neutral and oki. pan instant overhead. bat is a dp. magica sucks. etc etc
  3. moving them full screen actually helped her a lot :/ made it harder for people to run away since they'd eventually hit the boxes.this is ok too but.. not as ok i think, since 5d already put them right next to you. we'll see?!??

  7. my bad, missed this post lol. some chars you'll crossunder if you do 6b too close to the corner, for them you can either hold back during swallow moon to get a good distance from the corner, or you can hold back for an instant before doing 6a, which sounds harder than it is, honestly.

  9. no? it's still 12f startup. and no, 3c > persia /isnt/ wonky. you just have to know the proper distance to be at, lol. 5c > 6c is the same way, though that almost never happens since 5c pushback /is/ a good amount higher now, orz if you wanna peace out that's fine, but just know it's not because she's ~so much worse now~ because she really isn't.

  11. 3C knockback is probably the one thing I'd like them to change back the most, lol. You'd be able to get persia combos midscreen easier if they did too. j.C pushback nerf is w.e personally, and there was no startup nerf. Her combos aren't really wonky at all, lol. Honestly, she was buffed more than nerfed, but system changes (mainly combo timer, and consequently smp change) is what hurt her more than anything.
  12. i only played 3 ranked matches with plat, the rest i played with jin lol. personally, i probably like the direction plat's gone in a lot more in this game, but she needs a lot of fine tuning. i'm not sure if she's more fun than in ex, but she's fun enough to keep on for now.

  14. 22c tracking and speed are improved in this ver (or maybe just speed), so off any ground string into mami 22c will connect. if they're floating when you hit with mami, you'll have to dash first, which is sorta hard but worth getting down
  15. i have fun with cp plat, and shes not even close to cs1 rachel status lol. shes just harder! magica needs buffs hard, but i use it decently now. i use it a lot more than sammy w
  16. 5c and j.c pushback is annoying, but i'm more annoyed at how short persia is, and how far 3c pushes back. persia route would be so much better if it could be done from further away. i'm also annoyed that j.c gets its hitstun nerfed (especially ch), but jin j.c ch hitstun gets buffed? yeah ok. 6a not floating anymore also really frigging sucks. all things considered though, i'm still really enjoying her. she's a struggle as usual, but i definitely feel like she can still outplay other, stronger chars. litchi though.. give persia anything lower than 6f projectile invul startup, decrease her pushback on certain normals, make persia distance longer, make 6b not fucking garbage l0l

And as a tao player you want to crawl under plat a fuckton, since it obliterates her 5a/5b l0l. then again tao can just 2a under our 5a, also tao's crouching hurtbox is retarded wow im getting annoyed i have a lot of combos. im going to make a cmv when i get my hands on some recording equipment

  21. I was waiting on Moy since I'm pretty sure he wanted to format them, so if he doesn't get back soonish (like a couple days) then you can go ahead. There's no huge rush anyway since having extensive knowledge on any matchup a couple weeks in isn't realistic.
