Hey guys, my friend Acme Arsenal has just found colors for Naoto and Hibiki. A total of nine of them right now. I'm going to start working on a template for Naoto.

I got bored. So I decided to make some Hibiki colors as if he was in Chronophantasma (or Colors 11, 13, 14, & 15)
