Real talk I didn't smell anything. lol The only thing that I smelled wat the Chinese food once people started getting stuff to eat. The food smell soon went away after a while once everyone was done eating. None of the guys in my car smelled bad or I probably would have noticed.

Still though everytime I saw you do 4K combos with Mu I got all giddy inside GS Luna for hugs and hating Bang like everyone else. You and Axis alone made the trip worth it. Toasty, gonna be honest I was regretting showing up when it was 2:00 we had 1 T.V. and signups hadn't started. No audio? Could you put something over it (like the music that would be played in the matchup or something) so it's not just a silent video? If not or if it would be way too much work, then don't worry about it. Also it must have been annoying that you and BrownBear had to do an Ara mirror later on in the bracket. In an Ara mirror, no one wins.

Toasty Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 Just out of curiosity, what did you guys think of the venue for MM? I personally liked the venue quite a bit, but the bad might outweigh the good. The bad being the longer drive, no one seemed to know how to drive in Ann Arbor, and saying that the parking was awful there would not be a strong enough statement. Seriously, was that city made before parking lots were invented? iirc Greats said that the owners were going to be changing locations soon, and if it gets relocated somewhere closer to the heart of the scene and at a place with better parking, I wouldn't mind having more events there. Honestly other than the massive parking and long ass drive issues I like this place better. The store itself seemed seemed better organized, the people working there seemed friendlier (maybe just my imagination) and there are more places to eat nearby than just fast food. (Chinese place next door actually delivers to GYGO which is pretty cool) If the place had an actual parking lot it would be a no brainer.

I'd rather go to A2, get people's cars towed along with it. Also. My favorite part of the marvel tournament for me was Dorm's floating bomb slowly ripping through Akuma's beam hyper, me x-factoring hella fast, teleporting and beating that ass. and yelling NOR-CAL! :D

A2 close to where my parents are, making it an ideal place for MM... However it was really crowded in that basement when I first showed up. But I think that problem was the number of people rather than the venue...
