Dammit, I was thinking about maining Ibuki. I wanna play a cancel-emphasized character in 3S:OE, and she has really good approach options on top of that. Plus Akuma fireball without all the gay feeling of using a shoto. But I don't wanna her if two or more MTN'ers are going to main her. Any suggestions, not-3S-rookies?

Everyone has an approach. Double-tap forward. 3rd strike, you'll find is a game where you can't approach just because go want to. You have to kinda work yourself in.

I would highly recommend NOT trying to learn Twelve. He's about three times worse than CS1 Rachel. Yes, it's that bad.

On the subject of Naimat's podcast, it should only be about 5 minutes long per episode, because that's when you get tired of his bitching.

Milln- Thanks a bunch for the ten or so months of MTN (can't remember exactly). If I am to depart I definitely won't forget you or any of the MTN crew. This is my community, no matter where in the world I am. This will never change. Also, thanks for just being a cool friend all together, keep wearing that hat.

Naimat- It was really fun hanging around you and playing those casuals. That felt like the first time I ever got to talk about characters and which fighters you're looking forward to. Thanks for being the saltiest (that's not a real word) person i've ever met. Especially since i'll be in your position once Extend comes out.

Astaroth- We will never get a legit match. Everything though has been great for me and I wish we could've actually casualed more, i'm looking forward to seeing vids of you taking everyone's money in vids to come.

Jackie Chandler- Sorry I couldn't give the sentimental good-bye you deserved at IHop. It was hard enough thinking that that might be my last After-party experience. It was great hanging with you dude and getting to know you over the months , believe it or not but you are the biggest part of this community (besides the hat man of course).

Tad- I'm regretting things man, here's why. Seeing your Noel I realise how much I could've learned from just fighting you dude. We should've had more casuals. *Sighs*

Midnight- I'm actually really disappointed man, out of all the months that i've gone to these tournaments ri've always had a good experience, regardless of whether my character was good or not (which she wasn't for a very long time). Seriously dude, start trying to get away from the tier whoring thing. Learn your characters and look for a challenge rather than easy wins, you'll have a lot more fun that way. The community needs good players and you're one of them so start acting like it. T_T

Papstr- Lol, I had a pretty fun time hanging with you dude, feels like I know you a lil differently now. Stay cool man.

Pickle- You get better and better every time I see you man, keep doing what you dlo and i'm sure you'll be hype as always.

For example, one of the mock ideas was you approaching a long line in the bank, saying something along the lines of "oh my god what's wrong with this line's ACTIVE FRAMES? Jesus, this line is so fuckin' MEATY" and causing this buff fat guy in front of you to turn his head. In all seriousness, though, I would love for you to start up a podcast. I would listen to it as long as it's you complaining about stuff. :P

Milln - Another great tournament. I think your best contribution this time around was the giant fans. Without those, I probably would've died in that room. Second best contribution was Bomberman. And I'll forever hate you for taking my Bomberman money. Oh, and tell KO special shoutouts to him for liking the fatties in games. And "Hulk is about to take his two foot dong and penetrate your anus with it. Are you ready?" was actual dialogue from KO to one of my opponents in Marvel.

Last Star - If you do move, we will all miss you and your crazy gun-girl antics. GG's in tournament and casual matches. I didn't do too bad on PS3 pad, so that could be our "real" matches. Thanks for always coming out and supporting MTNG.

Chandler - Thank God I didn't play you in the tournament. 5k from a simple bnb? No thank you. It's always good sitting down and talking to you about random things at lunch. Even though our Melee match was postponed, it will happen in the future. Who knows... maybe I'll use a sword-wielding fruitcake. lol (P.S. Get those Marvel matches up ASAP!)

Naimat - I know you don't always bitch about things. I actually agree with about half of your complaints. GGs in Marvel. Just don't press unnecessary buttons against Hulk, and you'll do fine. It wasn't like I destroyed you in our sets either; most of the games were really close.

Pickle - Because someone flipped a switch on the headset, most of your commentary may have been muted. Feel free to rage. Also, keep improving that Ragna. I couldn't believe how much better you'd gotten.

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me about the commentary situation, Astaroth. Blazblue's commentary is fine, and I knew it since I actually checked everything before I started recording Marvel. In Marvel's, though, from 22 to 38-ish minutes, there's dead silence from where someone flipped the switch. I'm assuming it was an accident, but if it was, I have no idea how it happened. That switch is pretty stiff.

tl;dr- Blazblue will have full commentary unless nobody commentated that particular match, but Marvel will only have commentary for the first few matches.

Also, from now on I'll be recording Third Strike and expect hype commentary every match. If Pickle's busy or just plain doesn't want to, somebody better jump in. /seriousface.jpg

I had a great time Saturday, I'm hoping I can hit the lab with Noel in honor of Star. As the old man gamer who has seen many come and go, it's never any different. As far as games, I had tight matches every time in tourney, which is just how I like it. Lee, your were on as usual, rock solid every time.
