Me: I'm not playing, my personal peripheral is in repair. Jackie: I think you should play, you can borrow one of ours. Me: A detailed explanation of why I do not want to use someone else's. Jackie: You should play anyway. There is not only one type of fun at these events, Jackie. Stop being so shallow-minded about other people's enjoyment, and stop arguing.

I'm truly sorry if I came off as arrogant. That was never my intention, I just wanted you to know where I was coming from. Trust me- if I thought the only fun at MTN was playing fighting games, I wouldn't drive an hour and a half every time to make it, nor would I bother recording and editing matches (even though I know I fall short in that regard quite often). If something happened to me and I wouldn't be able to compete but still show up, I would be there 100% of the time. I realize other people, yourself included, feel the same way. I didn't intend to put that in question if I did. You know we're always happy simply as long as you're there, and I know you'll have fun even if you aren't competing.

I have to really focus on school, work, and research. Basically right now during the week if I'm not in class im doing research and when im not doing research im working so yeah no free time to practice playing videogames. So there will be one less salty person at MTNG tournies for a while...=/.

Only problem now is that my PS2 is giving me a "Please Insert a Playstation/Playstation 2 Format Disk" every time I put in any of my homebrew (or Guilty Gear). If I can get it to work, I'll be sure to let you guys know.

The word has lost all meaning and definition, and it's so overused, well... let's say I knew about hipsters before they were mainstream.
