I know how you feel. I honestly don't have as much time to play as I'd like so I can't work on things like I'd like to. But I try to make sure my fundamentals are on point because those carry over to almost any game and I've been trying to get better at being good in the clutch towards the end. It's just a game. As long as you're losing to people you can call friends, you're in better shape than the average online player who has no idea who's on the other end of the pipe.

@DoctaMario: it differs from game to game, but ps3 is only the tournament standard because Sony sponsored most of the majors and donated the systems. People play on ps3 so they have an easier time transitioning to the major format. For most games, 360 is superior because it doesn't drop frames(sf4) nor slowdown issues(marvel), to deal with. again, It varies game to game but that's the general "why".

Tennessee is primarily a 360 state.

They didn't say a single thing about it not coming to consoles. They said they were worried about UNiB having low sales IN GENERAL. And they said they were interested in bringing it to Stream, not that it would be their only platform for release.

The chances are still low that it will come to consoles, but they haven't stated that it won't.

You all are my family. My Fighting Game Community is my only circle of buds. Thanksgiving is a "family" time and I'm thankful for you all accepting each other through all the heckling and happiness we put each other through.

Not sure why I said all that, especially this early, but this time of year gets me really sentimental.

Yeah, that's why I use disclaimers like 'apparently'. They implied that it wasn't going to happen when they said that. There's always room for them to change their minds, however unlikely.

@Volpe: I'll most definitely be able to host, that's not the problem. The problem lies in whether or not i'll have to work Thanksgiving night, I doubt it but it is a possibilty. If that happens i'll have to end the event around 11 which would suck because 11 is early for a get-together if you ask me. Also, I planned to post the official information on the event after I had got the menu together fully which should be around the 10th. It's been really weird to put together because I have one guy who doesn't eat meat and another who's allergic to milk. If anyone has any other food related fraudulence please tell me now so you don't show up and DIE!
