You should be able to tell that was a joke =_= However, Platinum being banned is real holy shit 17 people, considering dropping out, im too washed up and old to join a tournament with more than 10 entrants... especially a round robin. edit: Heres the math: 17 ppl = 136 matches? give it 4 minutes each 2/3 match (between sitting down, inserting coin, sit there and think about the character you're choosing even though its locked, then raping face). likely to take even longer actually. 544 minutes guise = 9 hours, and this is without top 4 lol. I hope you guys are ready for this. I'm not, so im not joining this, but Guys lets just give Master Pui his money and go home. donations to the poor are always welcomed sir, since I just saved an hour of everybodys time (16 matches) Edited January 6, 2012 by Zeero

Either 1 round round robin or double elim (double sucks for ppl who go 2 and out though... no casuals). Can I get some feedback on potential format please? Making it anything but round robin also defeats the purpose of the tournament, to get everybody to play each other for matchup exp and just lots of games with people of different strength instead of getting raped face. IMO, even a 2v2 round robin SBO style (say 8 teams... 28 TEAM matches, each team match = 2-3 games... 56-84... using same 4minute avg per game = 224-336 minutes = 4-6 hours) seems more reasonable. Its up to the people to team with someone you always play against, ie, I honestly don't need more matchup experience against hermes or leo or k2, so i'd team with them. Although I also honestly dont need to get raped more by brian, so maybe i'll team with him for self esteem. However, double elim is still the best coz it'll probably be done in 3 hours or so... iunno, ur the organizer, do soemthing sir
