Very good at close range against just about anyone, and extremely weak at a wonky midrange against characters who have good midrange. There's a magic distance where none of my normals reach you, but snakes don't cause stun either. I liked the part where I tried to grab you like 4x and you dodged them all and I finally gripped you in midair. "Hah! I dodged all your grabs! What're gonna do no-*grab*" I never thought super jump forward would be useful against Hakumen on Tager. Although if you really wanted to you could just learn to Zanshin instead. But honestly, doesn't that apply to practically everything that's blockable? When you finally got me I was like "Welp. Should've seen that coming." Since Haz 3C goes pretty far you must be talking mid range like Haku 4C range. The problem is that I can barely land anything from that range either and the damage I can get is pretty low too. So I might hit you there and get 2k, but then you'll 2A me into a 6k combo. I just have to get back on top of pressuring you so you don't escape.

It only works if I jump at close range but you literally don't have anything besides Zanshin that'll beat it. Hotaru might work but you wouldn't get a combo off of it. I noticed you like never used j2A against my Hazama. That's like your most annoying move to me during neutral when you keep killing all my chains. I think you got conditioned from fighting Tager not to use it lol.
mAc Chaos Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 Yeah it's another mindgame. You can super jump and throw something out but I can j.C you in the face. So you can super jump and block but I can air throw, if you hesitate to throw out a move (although I can still grab you if your move is slow enough / done late enough). If you don't then I go back to j.C. You can also throw in Hotaru and some other stuff but we'll get to that eventually. Probably could NOT jump after you, let the j.B go through and then 6A you or something, but depends on spacing.

It's just "WHOA LOOK, INSTEAD OF RENDERING 8000 BLADES OF GRASS, WE CAN DO 9000!!!!!" After a certain amount of graphical improvement it doesn't make a difference anymore. :P It was better when graphics were shitty since at least that forced them to focus on making the game and music itself good. Look how many SNES and older games of that era have amazing music compared to modern ones.

"Things were better back when I was younger" But what if they actually were. :P I didn't even realize that the Wii U was a separate system until my friend showed it to me. It sounds like an add on or something. Isn't it just a tablet that is a controller or something. I could see some interesting ways to use that, but then again there could have been amazing ways to use the Wiimote and such and there never really was anything done. The one system I do like is the 3DS. I always ignored handhelds, but now with nothing else to look at, it's like a blast in the past since you can play all these DS games that are similar to older classics, plus anything new that comes out. And every now and then there ARE good games, like BlazBlue. I just haven't seen anything that excites me the way they used to since forever. Edited February 21, 2013 by mAc Chaos

They're fucking garbage. Seriously the vast majority of games that come out feel like Ninja Gaiden 3. If The Last Guardian launches with the PS4 though, I will undoubtedly get it.
