It's been a minute guys, sorry for not responding in this thread because I have been REALLY busy. I just got to sign the lease to my new apartment and I'll be moving in on the first of June! ^_^

Furniture shopping, creating the new budget, preparing myself to live with a woman I actually care about, and of course the usual: School. All of this has kept me busy so that's probably why most people who have me as a friend hasn't seen me play much online. With UFGT8 at the end of the month and my move in is happening on the first weekend of June, I won't be in charge of our usual meet-up day but someone else can do it (Why is real life so harsh to me?), I would love to make it out there for next month at the beginning of June but due to my circumstances I cannot but believe me, once all of this has settled down, I'll be showing up and supporting as usual.

I have no idea if I can even go to UFGT8 with my moving date so close to the tournament date but if there is room in my schedule, expect me to be there.

Ill take command of our next meeting since i did last time anyway lol. Kinda makes me feel like the unoffical vice president of our group... So what day are we shooting for?

Also was wondering, maybe every Saturday night we should all a group netplay. At least we could all "meet" up every week.

Sounds good to me bro. I appreciate you stepping up. Also, I don't see why not, do netplay every once in awhile for those guys who can't make it out to the venue as often as others. I say go for it.

Hey, glad I checked in! It is actually not this week or next week, but it will resume being a weekly event once UFGT8 is done. If you're looking to schedule the next meet-up for the week following UFGT it should be a green light.

Enigmos were you still looking to do it live in two weeks? I'm still looking to get ahold of a PS3 copy since I'm assuming that's what most of you guys play on. Hoping to put down the Capcom games/Skullgirls for a bit and really crank out some BB once UFGT is past and I have a lull before EVO and don't have to grind it out on AE/SFxtK.

Edit: I'm drunk, come out in two weeks and play games! Shin I'll find you at UFGT to see if we can get some casuals in.

UFGT8 is a blast through Day 1, about to head back to the Crowne Plaza. I won my first match of AE handily, only to advance to face Ricky Ortiz who beat the living tar out of me lol

Thanks, had some deja vu in day two, go 2-0 in SFxTK, only to win the right to get demolished by Ricky Ortiz again, lol. Won my first Skullgirls match too but then had to face JetM(super-nice guy by the way) and got blown up pretty badly there as well. I really hope all of you come out for next year's UFGT, this entire weekend has been an absolute blast.

That sounds like the plan. I have no idea if I'll be able to make it this weekend but I'll try. I move in on Friday and my furniture is supposed to come in this Saturday, so if it takes too long, I won't be able to make it.

I was understanding it was this week, going to be trying to brush up on BB all week! If anyone is up for some XBL matches tonight or tomorrow feel free to send me a friendy while I still have a few slots open...on hold with Comcast trying to get some issue where my connection farts out every 30~ minutes but it should hopefully be righted soon.

On another note: Since I have my own place, I've been talking to a few guys in Michigan and since they will have a place to stay for free "IF and only IF" they show up, we might have some of Michigan's top BB players show up (And yes, they play other games as well, LOL!). I've been trying to plan with them and figure out a month they can show up so they can come down for our usual meet up but if you don't know who they are, here are a possible list of players that I'm trying to get to come down:

I can't guarantee that all of them will show but I'm sure that a few of them can come down if given a decent heads up (Hell, I'll pay for one of them once a month to head down here to play if it comes down to that). Callisto, if there is a big event happening in the next few months, please inform me so I can get them to plan for that. If not, We'll just have them pop up for one of the Saturday's we usually meet-up.

I'll be in Michigan this Mid-June and I will try to show up at the end of the month so we can have our usual meet-up that month. I am bringing a bunch of things from Michigan back to Chicago to fill the apartment so if I can come down before the end of June and unpack in time, I'll be there to host for you guys.

If we can get most if not all of them interested in coming for the next WCSP, as well as most of you guys, I could likely get CurlyW to let me add BB to the lineup, maybe in lieu of SFxTK. There should be another one within the next few weeks, I'll hit you up when it's announced.
