I don't drive so google has told me it's a 3 to 4 hour trip of random busing and one train to Nickel City (Northbrook if I'm not mistaken). the casuals start at 7:30 pm to only god knows when, so heading back home is a completely different story. I have no Idea how much money I need for both trips, so I'm probably going load my wallet with cash and hope I don't get mugged on ether trip.

your best bet is to come early to a meet, stay at someones house overnight, then go back home the next day.

I don't think any of you guys would let a person they barely even know on the internet, let alone real life stay over the night at your place

Actually, many of the people on DL are willing to help each other out if there's a need. I came back from LA recently and spent a lot of time with the SoCal community and they were really accomodating and I ended up spending most of my time with all of them.

and i just met them from a casuals and we got together real good and became good friends just from doing that

i think stayin g with someone is your best bet IMO but its a trust i know but i mean we all here to meet new people and lvl up

yea I'm willing to host if you're willing to make the commute here. As long as I'm off and you give me a heads up then I can accomodate. Just let me know. I'm usually off every other weekend so this current weekend I'm working and the following I'll be off so it rotates from there.

All I ask is that you're clean and be respectable of the house you're staying in blah blah blah, but I trust you know all that already lol

what was the route you were willing to take? if you are able to make it to Union Station in downtown Chicago then I can scoop you up from there. From Union you can also take another train that brings you closer to my area and I can pick you up from that station. Either way just let me know, and feel free to PM me if you have any other questions

From Union the line you would take is the BNSF line to Route59. Either or, I can get you from Union or RT 59 just as long as you give me a heads up on when you are coming. From my house we can just drive to wherever the casuals are which usually are at NC. I try to drive Shin when I can but it all depends on what I'm already doing or where I am

the Union seems to be my best bet. since it's at the end of the month that makes it the 28th and 29th I'll take an early trip on the 28th so I can make the 3pm train to the union station

On my weekends off I'm usually off the Friday before. I work overnights so I usually wake up around in the afternoon. If you want you can head over Fri afternoon then we can use that as a day to get situated and do whatever, sat casuals, sun back home. I have multiple guestrooms with their own bathrooms so you have nothing to worry about.

I used to play every FG, but once I picked up BBEX I dropped everything for it. So I only play BB, soon P4U will be added to the list, and I played UMVC3 til Feb so I'm behind with the tech. I have a busy schedule hence the reason for dropping everything else.

If you really care to know the characters I used for previous games:

IaMP: Yukari, Patchouli, Alice

3S: Urien

AE: Viper, Seth

UMVC3: Zero, Vergil, Dante

BB: Litchi, Lambda

P4U: Yukiko

Like I previously mentioned I don't actively play any of those other games, and I rarely play BB now too, but if you don't mind me scrubbing out some matches then I'm down to play

Alright Blinky you finally gonna come to a meet this is exciting :D

Im ok with either ignite or nickel. But more biase to nickel since im closer ^_^b so anything is good.

Also will anyone be dropping BB after this persona fighting game comes out? still on the edge of buying it. Might pick it up if there is a lack of BB.
