Hi i live in Peoria which is like dead center of IL and i normally play ps3 but if most or everybody here plays 360 i will gladly transition to that, i just want to find more arcsys fighter players in IL

Actually I think there is an even mix between 360 and PS3, I myself use PS3. Welcome to the group, and don't forget to check out the first page for meetups

Akihiko is horrible.

Is he really that bad/annoying/cheap? I keep hearing more complaints against Elizabeth than anything.

Akihiko does good damage, but he doesn't really have mixup. And Elizabeth has a lot of tools but none of them are amazing. She also has low health

Plainly put, if you can just wait, then you've beaten Akihiko.

Just block low lol. If you can tech grabs and react to AoA then you can survive. If you're impatient and like to press buttons Aki can capitalize off of that and deliver some 5FC damage. Outisde of that the only thing he has mixup wise is that crossup SB corkscrew but you can't react to that anyways lol

You can mash throw and throw him out of the SB Ducking crossup. Throw him out of boomerang hooks. Throw him out of regular corkscrew. Sweep after kill rush is usually a blockstring. AoA is the only option that beats throw, and it's combo punishable.
