Hello! Trying to be less reclusive and less terrible at games so I'm going to try to get out to some gatherings. I live in the middle of cornfields with the closest public transit being 15 minutes drive away (one way) or I'd try my hand at hosting, I may still if people are interested enough to get here...

I don't have Facebook or Twitter, though I've occasionally given some thought to becoming a twit. I have a G+ but nobody else does so it's kinda pointless.

i wont be picking up TTT2 anytime soon. Too many games coming out right now that i want to get and not enough time for fighters. But i might pick it up one day.

Actually im just waiting for torchlight 2(good bye social life) and faster than light. overall total 30 bucks, but i also am getting some dvd seasons of either anime or star trek, so TTT2 and boderlands will have to wait lol. still my friend loves Tekken so maybe when he gets back from NIU during winter break i might get it.

Never had the patience for Tekken, mad respect for people that do though. I might try to mash at it at a get together but I'm pretty unlikely to buy it/be serious about it.

Just going to give you guys a heads up. I am going to try and run a netplay room/stream Friday evening. If you want to watch/join/play that would be terrific. It should be public outside a private slot or two. I allow and encourage mics so don't worry about using them. Probably start with P4A and maybe move to Arcana Heart 3 later if that is desired. Obviously sticking to the games that are more playable online currently. BB might happen but I wouldn't expect it. :/

Seeing the characters that you main I can see why you don't have the patience . Tekken is the game that kinda got me into fighters so I'm going to continue to follow it

i used to like tekken when i only had my wii. I could only play it at a friends house. But when i got my ps3 and played Blazblue for the first time i never went back to 3d fighters. So that's probably another reason i might wait awhile for Tekken.

Just to remind people there will be a stream from me Friday evening(have a project going on so don't expect it to come up before 6-8pm. The same rules apply as stated above. Just to add that if you enter the room and clear everyone, I ask that you please pass to keep the games as diverse as possible. It doesn't hurt to share. Anyone can come and I encourage it!

I am also looking into getting Aquapazza possibly. It looks like a blast.

Well i havent played any fighting game since the first week P4U came out. So im really really rusty (which doesnt help that im not the best person on the thread.) Though that sounds like a bad excuse.

this is why I hate my home scene!! (-_-,) It's like everyone picks up a new game aka like "Persona", plays it for about a week, then goes straight back to the same game that they have been playing for years. Only 5 people (including myself) were interested in having a P4 bracket during at my local tourny ranbats. We had to scrap it due to lack of interest

Thanks, but g/f's/friends' bdays, not mine lol. I've been able to still watch a fair amount of P4A to learn a bit, but hasn't translated to my play yet.

Maybe its due to the fact that i still havent played P4U alot, but i actually prefer Blazblue and skullgirls more :\

I like the pacing better in P4U than BB or SG. I know BBCP is supposed to be working on the speed, but I'll have to see it in action before I make any judgement on that.

SG was tons of fun at mid-level play, the game itself is great it just gets so tedious when the IPS is taken to the max. Stuff like Double ass-ist didn't help.

Since this is my first post on Dustloop, Id like to introduce myself as Zerashi or Kyle whichever you'd prefer, I mostly play BB, though I do tend to play lots of RPG'S as well, though that does take away from my BB time. I've only got a PS3 and I'm working on getting an arcade stick, soon as I save up enough money -_-. My PSN is Zerashi feel free to add me, figured I'd try to get into the Illinois community since I literally know noone that plays BB irl. I have a couple friends I play with online with but that's about it.

I've played BB since CS1 and I'm definitely looking forward to Chrono Phantasma brings in terms of changes to Ragna my main,though from what I've seen not too much. As a forewarning I'm not that great at BB, but hey we all start somewhere right? Anyway hit me up if someone wants to play some matches sometime.
