I'd probably be safer playing Marvel or something though, since then I can use the excuse of "I'm bad because I've never played before!" rather than "I'm bad because I'm bad!" with P4U.

I wish I was able to do better so we would have been able to meet up in the tournament but off day so... yeah. I hope you guys can make it out to another event with one of us soon because you guys gave us the hype we needed for our scene, it's usually quiet so it was a change of pace to have you guys there to get the blood pumping! Once again, thanks for coming out and bringing the other MI guys with you, Persona needed the hype and I'm sure a lot of the guys that weren't hungry for getting better, are now! Shoutouts to everyone that showed up, new and old and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves! GG's to everyone I played and I hope to see you all at Game Pazzo this Friday! That will be the only venue I'm able to go to this week so if you guys go to any of the other venues, I'll miss you guys and hope to see you the next chance I get.

Actually there are a few that live around the Romeoville/Bolingbrook area. Also if you are in that area, Game Pazzo is nearby at Downers Grove. If you are looking for offline casuals head to the venues that are posted on the first page of our thread.

I'll always look out for you guys when you show up so you can depend on me. I'm not really looking to get into a scene just yet but I am wondering if there are any offline players around Romeoville or Bolingbrook. You can look into the areas SenXXi if you want to get some offline gaming in. Also, you should consider get involved with the scene, we love it when new players come out, whether it's casual or serious and Game Pazzo is the best place for either of those. I hope to find what you're looking for and enjoy yourself out in those areas.

I don't think I have the skill to join a scene right now. That's the reason you join in with the scene, you play with others to get feedback on your play to help you grow as a player. You don't have to be good to join in on the scene activities, if you wanna knock off the rust or get better, join in and play. Always a hard tournament since most of US's best talent from MW/EC is most likely to show up to try and take ElvenShadow's (He's an SBO Qualifier) money. Most GG gatherings will be at people's houses I'm sure, instead of loud atmospheres where people can't really hear a damn thing.
