hey fellas, long time GG player in Chicago. Rarely post, but just wanted to see if ppl from the northside were up for games.

If only I lived on the Northside... I'm Southside sadly. I'd be willing to make a trip once I get the time in because GG is too fun ATM. I'll be hitting up Game Pazzo this Friday to play Persona and GG so if you can make it, that would be great!

That's the reason you join in with the scene, you play with others to get feedback on your play to help you grow as a player. You don't have to be good to join in on the scene activities, if you wanna knock off the rust or get better, join in and play.

Don't worry, we don't bite but we are hungry enough to grow as a scene and as individuals.

Well I just passed my birthday (the 4th), watched Wreck it Ralph (I enjoyed it), and I've been contemplating on what to add to the "Bishoujo" collection (so many choices). The only fighter I've been playing has been TTT2, I'll try to get some persona in or BB.

Righto!!! But it's not that I don't know what to get, I just can't decide what to to get, I limit myself to 1 or 2 a month. Too many options!!! As of now I'm just waiting on my Super Sonico nendo, which had an unexpected manufacturer delay.

Wow sorry I haven't posted in a while guys been busy looking for work. Haven't played fighting games in over a week, -_- from my controller breaking. Trying to pick up an arcade stick asap so I can play again but limited funds make this practically impossible at the moment, unless someone knows where I can pick up a cheap one. Anyway anyone know when ignites gonna be up and running again?

Haven't been coming out to casuals recently because of finals but now that they're over I can come out again starting with GGA this upcoming thursday.

Was up all, after years of browsing this forum I finally made an account here. just introducing my myself formally now. I play GG and live on the northside (rogers park). U can usually find me at ignite network and game pazzo gatherings with the KoF heads. Ill be picking up GGAC on psn (jpn store) today or tomorrow and I wanna start playing with everybody here.

Yea our thread has felt lacking for awhile... So, how bout them corner combos?

the combos that decide the winner..... I can never devise one devastating enough or I can only accomplish it in practice.

*I always drop it like a quarter to half way trough >.<

i only know some basic low damage ones for a couple characters. But i havent picked up a fighting game in months so i suck at doing them. But i totally know what its like to be on the receiving end of a corner combo....that's always fun -_______________________________________________-
