Linear04 Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 "hello i would like to get the toryuken bonus" lol. good call on making it also the canada east group lol
Bill307 Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 The nice thing about MBAACC is that it's on PC, so all we need to run a side tournament is a table and some chairs. At FRXV, we had 5 laptop MBAACC tourney setups running on a single table. For Toryuken, we'll have to see how many people own laptops that can run MBAACC, but we should have no problem getting 2 or 3 setups. It all depends on the venue having a table and chairs that we can use. The other game I'd really like to see with a side tourney is Skullgirls. It would actually require console and LCD resources, though. Anyway, consider me interested in MBAACC and Skullgirls side tourneys. (And if I'm there for those games, then I'd pot monster for BB as well.)
Madscientist Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Yes please let us run an MBAACC side tournament.
uberdeluxe Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Yea an MBAACC tournament would be pretty simple to run. Also, I'll come if Skullgirls is there, since it's gonna be what I spend almost all my free time on this April.
Bill307 Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 Skullgirls is now an official tournament at Toryuken! http://shoryuken.com/forum/index.php?threads/toryuken-road-to-evo-tournament-05-19-20-sfxt-umvc3-ssfiv-scv-mk-bbcsex-kof-t6.155303/ Added SkullGirls as an official games. This tournament is being backed by Autumn Games. Thanks to them for supporting.
neorussell Posted April 9, 2012 Author Posted April 9, 2012 So, I want to ask. Who can run brackets for BlazBlue and SkullGirls? Anyone interested? Please make sure you have tournament organization experience. NeoRussell
worldjem7 Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 I thought that guy from SRK was handling SkullGirls.
DeadliestxXx Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 Any Idea still on who's going to be running BB?
neorussell Posted April 30, 2012 Author Posted April 30, 2012 Can I get a head count for this? I really want to run BB in TORYUKEN but if there's no interest, i may cancel it. NeoRussell
neorussell Posted May 3, 2012 Author Posted May 3, 2012 BlazBlue is still a go for TORYUKEN. See you guys there. NeoRussell
Bill307 Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 If necessary, I can help run brackets for Skullgirls. But I'll need someone else to call matches and keep people on-deck while I'm playing my own matches.
neorussell Posted May 11, 2012 Author Posted May 11, 2012 Bill: I'll take you up on that offer. I'll see you on the Saturday. NeoRussell
