First off, thanks for (re?)posting the videos.

I like how the commentaries during these videos manage to tell you nothing that you couldn't glean from maybe 45 seconds of game footage. Or, you know, just not being functionally retarded.

"Kratos's melee moves have good, extending range, so... we think he'd be classified as a mid-range character."

"So, everyone in the game has a double-jump, but Kratos also can use the Wings of Icarus after double-jumping. That means he actually has a triple jump."

"Radec's grenades can be delayed to explode, so we're expecting players will use that feature."

"Parappa's screen-clearing super will never kill more players than there are on screen. You'll never get more than 3 kills at once using it."

Meanwhile, watching Fat Princess mirrors told me how her Supers work, gave an idea of her 'normals', and a grasp of what kind of playstyle she's supposed to adopt. All without some bozo providing borderline-patronizing commentary/information.

Yeah, I got the feeling of how pretentious they're being. What I didn't know is that Parappa's boombox increases the meter of both you and the opponent. But hey, new vids are new vids and I just post them.

Jin and Kazama is alright, but I like my characters with Dragon Swords.

...And perhaps cybertech katanas. Definitely want to see Ryu and Raiden in a cutscene.

Sony has finally made official announcement of Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale for the Japanese market. Famitsu has a preview of the PS3 and PS Vita title this week.

The magazine's spec box lists the game as supporting online combat, save data sharing, and shared download content. Characters introduced include Sly Cooper, Toro, Parappa, Nathan Drake, Kratos, and Cole.

Famitsu lists a winter release time frame.

Sort of a waste of a slot, but Evil Cole actually looks like ALOT more fun than regular Cole :o

Plus, Evil Cole is pretty damn slick.

As a Infamous lover, having both Cole's is actually nice, plus both of them have different moves and or propierties. But i know that your average guy would simply feel that having the same character twice is a waste of space and it is understandable.

It's nice that he has a completely different moveset, but I feel like Cole and Evil Cole should have just been put together in a "Zelda/Sheik" kind of way.
