D_money01 Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 (edited) not sure if this will help much, but an popular string among elizabeth users is 5b, 2b, Jb, 2aa, repeat or thanatos stuff. although the string looks airtight, you can actually dp or roll out of her jb portion of the string during start up. and if you miss that chance, you can do the same strat to her 2a segment of the string. and if you can read well, you can even be ballsy enough to charge 5b ( if they're mashing 2a ) or just tap 5b since it'll catch even one 2a during it's recovery frames for FC to punish. if they block, you at least get a shot to start your game. Jyosua Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Also, I've found that if you see a liz applying thanatos pressure just outside burst range when you're in the corner, if you have 25 meter you're willing to spend, you can counterhit her with SB Coup. It seems that the startup is fast enough that you go through the persona, break a card, and counterhit liz.

Jyosua Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I think, but I'm not sure. Either way, you can just block that and punish.
