Didn't watch the whole thing yet, but 3C > Raibu > Hariken charge instead of oki is about 75% of a drill level guaranteed. Drill super is still in range to hit with 6C(1) and 6D if RC'd

omg his last round against Rachel. He read a lobelia and hit him with CH 5C, but didn't do Overdrive 6D for 7k. I want to see it in a match, damnit!

Can anyone explain to me why I see Jirou doing Gekiren while the opponent is blocking a 236D~X / 6D setups?

Here is another guaranteed level 3 set up that uses 50 meter via Rapid Cancel. The only problem I see with this set up is that it is spacing dependent, but with enough practice, it might not be so bad. Looks like the 6B Fatal Counter version can be done anywhere midscreen and the 3C Counter Hit version needs to be done just outside of the corner (about 1/4th screen away).
