I was under the impression this does not work with a north american credit card... but it might be worth a shot.

According to the thread I was reading, it worked with foreign credit cards around the beginning of the year.

I can't find a clear-cut answer as to why funds bounce for some people, it may be address issues or one of the updates to the store infrastructure.

Apparently, Japan psn accepts paypal since January, see any option like that?

Oh wow, I honestly didn't expect a P4A sequel.

Apparently, it's an actual fully fledged sequel, with new mechanics and whatnot (they nerfed gold burst? Really?). It seems to be a little more "complete", judging from the release notes. I wonder how shadow mode characters play.

I'll most likely buy this on day 1 and never play it again after learning some bullshit.
