TlocCPU Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 (edited) Greetings, we have some time off from Rebel up, and I would still like to have a p4u session. However, this is not going to be a tournament, but instead, a return of the Serious 11 from early 2012. This is mostly as a way for us to analyze certain matchups, point out flaws and improve in gameplay, and of course, to stream and record a bunch of hype matches. All of the matches will be uploaded to youtube and highlighted on twitch. If it goes well, we will continue having them. The event will take place at my house, and is of course, by permit only (this is not a casuals session). Don't be distraught if you aren't coming to participate, there will be more hangout/food/drink sessions at my house in the future as well, it won't ALWAYS be serious eleven. After a set is completed, we will comment on the set itself and talk about different aspects of it, including hype moments, things that could have gone better, and just anything that caught our attention. The idea is to have different people at each session, so if you don't make it into the first one, check again! Don't be shy about asking me about this, you can enter regardless of skill level, and we will find someone to match you against based on what I feel we need to see. I'm not going to auto match you to brkrdave, bond, or myself. If you would like to participate in the first session, please either respond to this topic or shoot me an @reply on twitter, which is TlocCPU. The best way to get a hold of me at the moment is definitely twitter. Participants who have never been to my house will of course be PMd directions to get here. Stream: Twitch.tv/counterassaulttv Youtube account: Tloc222 Original ruleset from the old thread Rules: Eleven matches will be played, regardless of score. The winner is the player with the highest score at the end. Remember, all eleven matches will be played regardless of score, so if someone loses 6-0 at first, they can still come back and end it on a 6-5 note. Score Assessment: Difference of 11-7: Shameful (Anything that is Shameful will not be fully uploaded) Difference of 5: Distinct Advantage Difference of 3: Advantage Difference of 1: Well Matched Mercy Rule: If Player A has won 7 straight, Player B may choose to end the set early. Furthermore, if Player A has won 9 straight, Player A may also choose to end the set early. 4/21/13 @4PM DSmoove12 vs. Bond shtkn vs. Delta Kiyobi vs. Binkley T-Loc vs. DSmoove12 Diospyros vs. Jyosua Edited April 21, 2013 by TlocCPU

TlocCPU Posted April 15, 2013 Author Posted April 15, 2013 Yeh people tended to contact me on twitter. Seems like the only use of forums these days is to complain about 5 dollar entry fee for an evo game
Ichipoo Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Sweet, but will it be on a Saturday or a Sunday? Also I hope my family doesn't have anything planned for us since it's on Memorial Day weekend.
Ichipoo Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 so what's happening with this? i'd be down to go againIIRC, I remember reading someone asking Tloc about it but he said he's been swamped with school work as of late so it looks like there's no real date yet? But don't take my word for it.
