New Zappa Mod.

So, the current Zappa mod hasn't been active for two years. I know I'm new and I really have no right to tell administrators/supermoderators/moderators how to do things, but does anybody have any intention to award the position towards someone else? Are there any potential candidates?

i said before phrec should get it, i'm a noob zappa player and the board needs one, it's a bit cluttered atm. Phrec obviously knows the character well and helps anybody that needs it. Slightly unrelated but the justice board probs needs a mod and that mikel person seems like he'd do a good job.

I'm personally just wondering as towards whether anybody's had any intentions concerning the matter, or whether there are any valid, willing replacements The rest just seem to be advising that, if someone's going to be chosen, it would be best to be him.

He's the standout candidate, it's worth asking I think. If he declines hold a gun to his head.

Most of the GG forums could use some active mods. But they could also use some activity.

Phrek is pretty OG and has been active again since +R news hit. He's from my area so I can vouch for him. He also contributed to the Guilty Bits Zappa episode, so his knowledge/dedication is there at least.

I wouldn't mind modernating the Sol boards if TitaniumBeast or SpiritJuice don't want to anymore. Dunno if they were planning to be active in there again when +R hits console.

I wouldn't mind being the moderator for the Justice forums myself, given that I'm basically the only person that does stuff there.

And like qwerty said, some of the GG characters could use some new mods (well, namely those that have had inactive mods in the past).

Well, to be honest, most of the forums do have mods which at least still use the site semi regularly. That's probably enough to keep things O.K. There's also the case of the Testament mod, who I don't think has posted here for some time (Maybe because Sweden has a large enough scene as to have it's own board), but at least we know he still plays due towards the podcast project he was involved within relatively recently.

I agree Phrek would be good, but if he doesn't want to do it, I'd be happy to take over. I'm somewhat active and plan to be VERY active when +R hits consoles. I've also got fair enough knowledge to clean stuff up and help new players.
