As for Bullet...yeah at this point I can't tell if it's Amanda Miller or Erin Fitzgerald. Again, I'll wait for official info. Do voice actors have to wait until the american release or is there any earlier point where they can state who they voice?

I think it is usually the case that they can't reveal who they voice until the game's official release. However, tossing hints here or there seems to be an exception to the rule.
