It stands to reason that Izanami's not dead. If we follow the current trend, she'll have to have an Act 3 story along with the rest of the cast, just like Nine does now that Act 2 is out.

I think Azrael's just making a reference to his title of Shishigami, telling him to come back after he's gain his full power.

Terumi has never called Hazama "Kazuma", In-battle or otherwise.

There hasn't been any indication as to why, but it is a thing. The only scripted intro with Trinity in it seems to be the one with Platinum, which is the only one where she's speaking. Trinity only otherwise appears sometimes during Jin's generic intros, and doesn't say anything.

Nine explicitly says that Relius is using magic before they fight and calls him out on it.

According to arcade players, Six Heroes doesn't play with fights involving Hazama anymore. Oh, and Ragna VS Terumi still doesn't play Nightmare Fiction. Curse you Moriiiiiiiiii EDIT: Just watched footage of Hakumen's arcade, it doesn't play for Platinum anymore ether.

I can't remember the exact source, but I believe it was said that Tony Oliver left due to issues with the team during CSEX's production and asked for Steve Kramer to take over Bang. Maybe Erik left for a similar reason?

We don't know that it was Axl specifically that I-No was talking to. The trailer doesn't give us much context.
