I don't really mess with the gallery that much except to get colors, but I did find this. http://www.trueachievements.com/a160261/gallery-guru-achievement.htm It mentions little quirks that could be preventing you from having those two Special CGs. Like not doing all of the gag endings or importing your save data from Continuum Shift. I hope this helps, cuz again I don't really know much about the gallery.
