All I know from playing this matchup is that neutral is KEY! Unless you are applying pressure there is no reason to ever be close to HOS. Since Kliff doesn't have very good reversal options and he gets stunned very easily HOS is a pain in the ass to deal with. imo This MU isn't all that good for Kliff if HOS gets in. All I can say is don't panic, have really good defense, and learn good neutral.
