It's probably in the embryo's earlier stage. If I would guess from the opening, the Kagutsuchi world is inside the Embryo, while the outside world looks like this:
Shinhwa Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 So to my understanding if we see the 1/3 Opening Video and the sentences in it, such as "time to rebel against the End", does this mean Ragna and the others will try to make the "Ending that already exists in the Story" become different by defying it? Also as Zedar has said, looks like as in the Ending of CP, the World has pretty much all been turned seithr?

He comes to Kagutsuchi to with the fourth squadron’s mission to take care of the Grim Reaper Kokonoe, she sends in Tager and Bullet to capture the Grim Reaper while having some suspicions of the world itself. I kinda feel sorry for Noato only because ,he will be in the wrong place at the wrong time ,the shit he will getting into will be to much for me ( why white hair why ) also I get this feeling Tsubaki will hate him for no good reason

And it kind of seems like Nu is pretty beat up I'm not aware if Naoto had that chest Tattoo in BloodEdge Experience or if that's something new. Whatever the case the game is making damn sure that we know he has one.

It could either be some kind of avatar which was created with Nine's sorcery or it is one kind of natural occurring demon/animal because its eyes are faintly reminiscing the ones from the monster which attacked Noel when she was younger.

I know nothing about it other than it's name is probably Hi no Kagutsuchi, whose arm Nine is using with her EA.

I mean, I'm not surprised considering we've had most of the major Japanese pantheon name-dropped throughout this franchise, but the name brought me a thought: could Hi no Kagutsuchi be Nine's Nox? I do not recall if it was stated but was it ever confirmed if Nine fought only with her magic (or was that sorcery) and not any weapon of her own?

She primarily fought with sorcery, and was never seen using a weapon, I believe. I'm actually inclined to believe Hi no Kagutsuchi could be a Nox. It looks like it, and I'm sure there were some souls spare during Doomsday that could've been used as the core. Not to mention Nine is one of the few people who could legitimately make one with Infinite Gravity. It isn't very likely a Detonator or a Phenomenon Weapon but I wouldn't rule it out, either.
