BlazBlue: Remix Heart & Variable Heart Discussion

Shiori said that Vision users are the worst for Arts users, not specifically Ars users. That would imply that Vision can copy other Arts like magic, sorcery, exorcism, etc. which would make Rin really stupidly strong even if it's just imitation. Taro's strings are basically weapons anyway that he had to thread a few chapters ago. Wouldn't surprise me if Vision could copy something like Kagura's sword. If she can copy Houichirou's pressure, something which isn't likely an Art, then she could probably copy other abilities she comes across as well. -

Summary of new characters: Julian: one of the Hazuki maids. Nothing too important about her, she wears big glasses. Rin Hazuki: Mai's mum. They look really similar. She's a little airheaded and genuinely thought Bell was Mai's child until she was corrected. Lightly hinted at that she might be way stronger than she actually looks Houichirou Hazuki: Mai's dad. Was formerly the highest ranked commander in the NOL, and was able to physically repel Azrael by just himself. He values strength above all else and is very tough love with Mai. He sent assassins (i.e Shiori and Chacha) after Mai so she could prove her strength. Super not happy with her losing to Meifang. He's in contact with Kagura so he might be part of the coup. As a rule, it looks like the Hazuki's really value strength, even on the level on which the Yayoi's value their bloodline. -

That, and Nine's stage literally being in the Phantom Field, which she brings members of the Entitled to. Watashi "sealed" it off at the end of L:M, so surely only that version of her would know about its existence. Idk about you guys, but I'm satisfied with saying that Watashi and Imouto are Nine and Celica. -
No it's not. Honoka is just an alias he uses. It's either Hazama or Honoka, not Hazama Honoka.

As much as I'd love to see it, neither Mai nor Ragna recognise each other in their CF win quotes. Also, it's too dangerous according to Kokonoe for Mai to get close to the Azure Grimoire. I think it's more likely that someone's gonna intervene before it happens. -

Seems to confirm that Platinum is Bell before she housed the souls of Luna and Sena. -
This is for discussion, not speculation. Also, from what I've seen and been told, Ada's soul wasn't crushed. If it was, and she is dead, I'd really like a source for that. Game releases in English in a few days so we'll see soon anyway.

He needed that deal because he was so heavily wounded from Ragna at the end of CP. Trinity gave him the power to fight back but the trade-off is that he would be unable to fight again afterwards. Wouldn't really matter if she was dead or not for that.
-
He made a deal with Trinity that allowed him to fight temporarily during CF, but in exchange, he would be unable to ever fight again.
-
In an interview with Mori, he's stated that Jin can't fight anymore after the epilogue of CF. He still lives a normal life, but just can't fight.
-
Can't remember if this was mentioned yet, but Luna and Sena were finally explained: They were two kids who were experimented on, and Jubei eventually found them (kinda has a knack for that). He had a vessel that was prepared for Trinity to inhabit, but they both decided it would be put to better use if Luna and Sena's souls were put inside the body instead, because their own bodies were on the verge of breaking.

You can see it like that, but you can also view it like water. When you evaporate it, it becomes vapour - it's the same water, just in a different form. Then you condense the same vapour into water again. So whether they really died is up to interpretation

Drive only really became an important concept in XBlaze - it then went onto Bloodedge Experience and is now important in CF. The gameplay Drives are not the same as lore Drives. A prime example is Relius, who's gameplay Drive is Detonator, which is to summon and control Ignis. But in lore, his actual Drive is to create those puppet hands we see him use in his normals, according to BE.

But it's LITERALLY in his nature to fuck up Amaterasu. That's his purpose. Also, the entire time that Es is fighting, Murakumo is actually in its scabbard. She only takes it out when she uses her Astral.
-
There is no Izanagi per-se, but Amaterasu has two powers as it were - Izanami and Izanagi. Izanami is her Drive, and is the opposite to the Izanagi System, which is the power of creation that Amaterasu possesses.

Terumi's real name is Susano'o. He's literally the Japanese God himself. He hates humanity. He would rather eliminate everyone than have them worship him. Once he gets the Susano'o Unit back, he's not always in it, but can summon it back to him at any time. Ragna thought Terumi wanted the Azure to become a God, but he corrects him, and says that he's always been one to begin with. In Susano'o's Arcade, he remembers his true purpose - as the God Susano'o, he's meant to destroy everything that Amaterasu creates, and his speech goes onto to say that he lives off destroying the world she loves, and that her pain is the only thing that heals him. At the end of the speech, it looks like he mockingly calls her "Big Sister".

Right, lets get back to actual spoilers: There was a secret 11th Nox Nyctores called Gaisou Requiem. It was made post-Dark War as something to replace the Master Unit, and it has a part of Take-Mikazuchi within it. Nine dies activating Requiem. She does this to buy Ragna enough time to take down Izanami.

He did those hugs before he died.

Big spoiler

In the recap that Kokonoe and Kagura provide Makoto and Tager about Ragna's past, Kokonoe lets slip that she was also an SS class criminal, like Ragna. She managed to delete all the data, however, so she's the only one who knows about this.

Guys, we're so wrapped up in this that we've forgotten something important. In order for Susanoo to exist, Hakumen has to be dead. RIP Hakumen. These last 8 years I'll always cherish. -
