I'm still in blockstun from the low. I've tested it in training mode. I'll go test it some more, but I'm not quite sure it'll be able to bust me out without an IB.

don't use barrier. IIRC it adds more blockstun. If you normal block you have forever and a half to get supra out. (as in 3 frames)

wolf.C hits: 16 frames

rasen wolf can be canceled: 1 frame left of blockstun.

Wolf A: When it hits, you are 5 frames out of blockstun.

So yeah you have 1 frame to get supra out. 3 if you IB. None if you barrier.

I feel like trying for a 1f supra and giving him a CH combo is worse than trying to IB the last low hit and 5A out. With more Valk practice, that may be a possibility. The main reason is most likely my lack of neutral game that gets me in the corner to begin with.

with IBing, you have 1 frame to get 5A out and 3 to get supra out. Don't forget 5A is a 6 Frame startup. You can't get out 5A without IBing.

My point is that I think IBing is the best option, regardless if you want to follow it with a supra or a 5A. I'm not confident in my timing enough to hand him a CH because I'm trying to go for a 1f Supra while he's eating my face. I don't try 5A without an IB.

Doesn't Work On: Nu-13 (236C whiffs), Tsubaki (236C whiffs), Carl (2C whiffs), Izayoi (236C whiffs), Relius (236C whiffs), Makoto (2C whiffs).

If what you say is correct, then does that mean Nu can do 6A out of block stun to defeat Valk's follow up pressure? Her 6A is 5F H invul and there is a 5F gap between block stun and this j.A.

Interesting. thought it was odd after dropping from playing rachel that it didn't go back up any when I played tsubaki.

Hmm, I can sorta attest to this. I fought Mac when we were both orange and he got me up to pink.

Can't say that I remember what happened with the other color upgrades that I received though.

Last I checked he was orange.

So that would technically make sense.

Mac has always been orange or yellow. He never hit pink.
