We don't really need to try-hard 100% of the time because we already know what the other is capable of. Makes things much more lax and allows for more experimentation in my opinion. I think this is true as well. At least when the two players are able to consider themselves equal, or around that level. Before that it's one person trying to feel like they're on the other's level, once that is achieved (in the weaker player's mind), then they feel much more lax and don't worry so much about beating the other as much as just having fun and experimenting. Course i'm the weaker player usually which doesn't end well.

I think Errol was trying to say something else but nonetheless, I feel the opposite when i get to play a long set with someone. After seeing how much they can go, it puts me on my feet. Still the end result is the same because i have to be wary of you and therefore, have to try new things to catch you when needed. I guess i have more fun playing stronger players than me and try to figure out how to beat them. I'm a masochist then...

I can become more comfortable with someone and experiment because I don't feel I have anything to 'prove', so I want to try to expand my game and become better overall and accept that I may lose doing so. But that's true for me even against people I lose against. Maybe that's what you mean though. with a name like badlime you already know he has self-esteem issues!

Great for training purposes. Fixed. And on that note gg's to those i played in the arcade lobby today. It's starting to get more laggy with each passing day @_@ I blame the government Wish there was a kokonoe online though, I haven't fought one of those in ages. I missh mashing against that cat...

When you tried to turtle too much I'd eventually pin you down and you wouldn't have enough meter to get out of bad situations.

It'd be different If I actually could zone him to death but since I can't I just end up running backwards for the entire fight. Upwards sparkbolt is actually a pretty good deterrent as well. Those gadget finger > rapid cancel set-ups were interesting, not sure how to react to those.

Most of the time I was getting hit I just wanted to block lol. That MU is not fun for Azrael if I can't growler your normals :-( Apparently, none of my Extend mixups work in Relius vs Tager. That's quite....annoying.

That was by far the longest set I've done, although I fully understand that there was spikes on some of our matches, which turned some great matches into mash or a down right bodied fest for both of us. Rumor has it that every time I drop a j.236B > 1D > j.D combo on netplay because of delay a newborn baby dies. Valkenhayn mirrors are all over the place and it's kinda fun. That raw astral would have been great, I did it because you had a burst left and I didn't want to deal with it. Until next time. Playing against Omni is always kinda fun too because he'll whiff like 10 throws with Kagura just to get that astral. Stay godlike. GG's to both of you amigos.
