I havent been to NYC in months. After Otakon i'll make a mad dash up there, I got some free weekends coming up at work. Seems to be alot more people playing in NYC than I thought :O.

You do realize how much a type X2 system would cost, right? And you do realize how much the board it's self would cost, right? Not to mention the cost of the cab itself.

Hey guys, just wanted to say ggs to everyone I played on Fri and thanks to the peeps that gave me tips on playing stick. Mike, your Johnny completely outshadows mine and I would have stopped playing him had you not given me the motivation to become better. GGs to the Slayer and HoS i played, thought IDK if they frequent DL. To refresh your memories I was the JO player who was playing scrubby because I'm not used to the stick.

Its the way NY is at right now. I know 3 people who are beasts who all play pad. No CF from them. Im a cheap lazy nitpicker who doesnt like to go all the way to CF to play on broken sticks for 50cents a pop(and i know other people feel this way). Not that much guilty gear coming from my ass. NY doesnt really have tournements cause...well most of them are usually upstate and niggas...is niggas so take that as you will.

Mr. Biscuits BBQ is a perfect example of when shit just flows correct.

First off its a BBQ, free food...that right there when dealin wit mofo like me is a fucking incentive.

Second was the timing, 4th of July weekend, who the fuck has work at that shit?

Third, fucking free in the face ass food(yes it counts twice),if this doesnt get nobody then we officially do not have a scene.

The fourth being we know who was coming(Team NJ was coming, Josh heard Ribs and he was serious as fuck, XAQ was down, Chaz was like the same wit Josh, i was like shit this getting serious,Gryo,Alz,Biscuits) Basically i knew i was gunna get my burst grabbed that night...which is a good thing.

Also Chaz and his NY victory van of epicness. Seriously...if i wasnt dealin wit only havin at most 20bucks in my pocket and me being me i would of partaken in that epic shit. Same shit as always. Knowing Team NJ, Chaz, XAQ, Rudy, Mr. Biscuits would all apart in van, WHICH HAD GUILTY GEAR IN IT. I knew i would be in a ride full of lols and burst grabs. Then after that a major fuck tourney. Granted that part didnt go to well, but i blame them for not postponing the tourney. Whateva. When shit goes down NY be like "Wut? Word? RTSD son"
