ReynTime180 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 That's certainly an interesting take on the one that they teach you in challenge mode. Though I tend to go for the j.C loops off of that, it does more damage and I just like it cause it's more fun to do. It's even got a 6B after the 2D

Personally, my favorite 3C FC combo, which is actually REEALY good for damage and ease of execution: 3C FC>RC>2B>9(or 8)j.C>6j.C>6j.C>land>9j.C>6j.C>9j.C>6j.C>j.623B>5C>6D>62D>6B>2C>5D>daifunka. Does a bit higher than 7.5K

Dreiko Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 You can expand if you skip the first 6B 2B loop, it's a route when you're too far away to CT though so if you're close enough you'd just wanna go into that. I had experimented with that string but sadly it goes on too long so that jD will always fail.

Now I can start practicing it I'mma lay down some knowledge on this house, the way DRACULA (Based Billy & Mandy Dracula) would do this. There are two versions of the J4B loop. The non 6C version of it and the 6C version of it. The non 6C version is basically the 2B pickup going into 9Dash JC > 9Dash JC > 9Dash J4B > 1Dash JC. Its weird seeing as you have to do 2 JCs before the J4B but its gonna take a bit of practice. You might want to let the dashes play out a bit more than you are used to in order for the full loop to connect properly. The 6C version of it is basically 6C > 9Dash JC > 9Dash J4B > 1Dash JC. I think THIS loop is easier for me, but it might be harder for you... I dunno. BUT, you need to do full dashes before your JC in order for the J4B to connect cleanly during the loop. This loop can be done from standing combo into 6C and a universal combo into 2C > 6C. Use whichever one you love more. If anyone can clear this up better than I can, feel free to do so. This is based on my... rather abusive and rather addictive use of OD. Fuck yoooouuuu, Riddler!!

Monokeros Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 (edited) So I want to make sure I'm not wrong about this but all the air reset combos into shippugeki, they won't work on a Terumi with 50meter because he can just mash any of his air supers during the flash. And from what I've tested Arakune, Noel, Platinum, Taokaka and Jin can also get out of it with their air supers and Makoto/Ragna can get out with their air DP, but you have to reverse the inputs. Also everyone can get out if they use overdrive right? but they probably wouldve already bursted the earlier combo so thats not really worth considering (unless it came back mid/end of the combo) Let me know if I'm forgetting anyone, Tagers air command grab is 6frame startup so that should be too slow. Although I would be impressed if a player would have the presence of mind//knowledge to react to the reset properly during the super flash, considering your inputs are reversed also.
