Is there a Singapore community for Fighting games?

So I've seen some competitions in Singapore over the years and the most recent one was at Asian cyber games Singapore and there was a Blazblue competition going on, I was wondering if there is a Singapore community for fighting games.

The BB competition held at Asian Cyber Games was organized by Round1.sg, they are on FB and twitter.

People meet up at Tough Cookie and the anime fighting game group is called Rebel 2 as far as I know.

Where are the arcades in Singapore? I mostly play GGXX and KOFXIII, but I'm willing to just hang out and meet people, too.
