Looking at the evernote Tectal put in the OP of the thread, this combo seems to get you a bit more damage and the scan. Give it a shot.

CH 5C(2) > 5B > 214B > 2B(2) > 5c(2) > 214B > 5AA > 5c(2) > 22B > delay 214A > 66 2C > 5D > 214A
