Tapps Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 What are my options to get out of the corner vs. Yu? It feels like his pressure is very safe and all I can do is block until he opens me up. Rolling and mashing both seems like very bad options, along with DP. Even jumping seems to be a big risk.
Doobylover Posted July 28, 2015 Author Posted July 28, 2015 Just pay attention if you're in the corner. There's a few things to look out for. If its 214A (raging lion), roll out of the corner. You need to be weary about his 214B though as he can feint it and punish you it backward-hitting 5B if you roll past that. If its 236B (command grab), punish it with short hop 5A, 5D, super jump and IAD out of there Otherwise, everything else of his can be blocked low.
