BLOCK. A lot. And try to run away whenever you can, because if Chie catches you, it's pressure forever. It's not the vortex of the last game… but her pressure's too strong.

As far as our zoning is concerned, what seems to work best for the match up? Like are any of our tools better then the others against her?

5D midscreen is always a good place to start. Dancing around it is good every now and then, especially if you can catch them pressing buttons, since that is a combo hopefully off of counterhit. Feather bombs are always great if you can get them out, but 5D and 5Bs behind it is usually the best thing to throw out. Just use discretion, and dont let the chie (or any character really) just run past it while you are setting up. That will hurt lol
