[11/22] ALPHA ATTACK - Cincinnati, OH - Now with airdashers!

I'm excited to announce our new monthly fighting game series ALPHA ATTACK. If you remember, we had an awesome event this time last year with the same name. I've decided to carry the name on as our new monthly event. We will try to keep it at the third Saturday of each month so as not to conflict with Godlike Saturdays. If another event close enough that a bunch of people will be attending falls on the third Saturday, we will find another date.

There will be 4-5 main games each event and 2-3 side events. One side event will always be free entry. We will try to keep it fresh each time with a different roster of side games and main games as they are relevant. We will also ALWAYS have at least one tournament on an arcade machine. Most likely one of our Blast City, Astro City or New Net City candy cabs. Head to head setup if space allows.

6pm - Ultra Street Fighter IV (XBOX 360) run by Nick

3pm - Mystery Game (various consoles) $3 entry - run by AL

4pm - UNIEL (PS3) $5 entry - run by Circuitous

5pm - Akatsuki Blitzkampf (arcade) FREE entry - run by AL

6pm - Guilty Gear AC+R (PS3) $5 entry - run by Circuitous

Cost:

$10 venue fee. Includes unlimited FREE PLAY on all the 65+ arcades and pinballs!

$5 off venue if you bring a FULL SETUP (monitor+console+game) that we use for tournament. $3 off for console+game.

PLEASE POST HERE IF YOU CAN BRING A SETUP. DISCOUNTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

Note: The tournament will be taking place in the center court of the mall, not the arcade! Tons of space, but if you want to play arcade games, you'll have to head to the arcade. Please keep your TOs informed!

Payout: All games have a standard top 3 payout. 1st place gets 70% of the pot, 2nd gets 20% of the pot, and 3rd gets 10%. The free side game will have a prize.

If need be I can bring a Wii U with Smash (I only own one monitor though).
