    I'm iffy about Hazama. I know Hazama can DP his way out of Carl's loops and keepaway, but that seems to be it. Unless someone wants to correct me, this should be 5-5 or 4.5-5.5 in Hazama's favor. EDIT: Forgot to add that the person who did the BB character review for Arcadia thought Haku and Carl can take on the S tier characters or be among them. Something to that affect.
