You give that teleport too much credit. It's not terribly useful for escaping pressure since the recovery on it is enough that you can wiff a 5b through it and still get the counter hit punish.
Just save your burst for it. Bullet can pressure Kokonoe all day long since she has no reversal without spending the 50 meter she needs for the setup.
The hardest part is getting in before level 1 or 2 (surprise surprise). Once your in, she hangs onto her meter at her own peril.
Bullet doesn't really have to think about punishing Kokonoes fireball super at all. She can just block and 5b-5c-5d into whatever combo she wants. The 5d will projectile invuln during the travel and be fully invuln through the animation.
GGs to all I played, in both the Team Tourney, Singles, and Casuals.
Blade, it was nice meeting you. A shame that your pad went missing, though.
Farran, Newtype, Frankie, Heroic: Great games, all.
As it's been explained to me, Spooky's not at fault for anything, however disappointing it was that BB grand finals weren't stream. Those finals, man, goddamn.
I can't help but find it funny as hell that LordKnight and Jetm were both training so hard against Jin/Litchi respectively before the tourney started, only for both to get knocked out by Zidane without ever facing each other. Lol.
GGs to everyone.
6D, if he's just throwing out kicks on the flyin. Maybe 5D if he likes flying in with j.2C. Actually, most of Hakumen's counters should work. You might be able to TK a Hotaru for a combo, not sure on that.
Yeah, thats about what I thought. I didn't know if people just weren't aware that the move had two hits or what, but it's a free 100+ damage on any BnB with a 5C and I never see it used by anyone else.
I quick question: Is there any particular reason you guys omit the second hit of 5C in BnB's like:
5B > 3C > 214D~C > (Dash) 5C > 2C > 4D~A > 4D~D > j.214B#
?
It flat out just ups the damage of the combo from 3011 to 3134 to let both hits go off, instead of immediately cancelling into 2C, and I can't really figure out why I never see it in combos.
