Tsubasa: really appreciate the translation thanks. I have another question regarding button mapping. I'm using a modded SFIV Stick. I map it like this. _[M][C] [A][_][_] Now in Arcade mode I can go into BOSS mode by pushing A+M+S. On Live it doesn't work. When I push M+S in Arcade mode I do some sort of twisting attack. But on Live while playing my partner comes out instead. I'm not exactly sure why this happens. Does it happen to anyone else?

Can anyone translate the menu?

Does anyone know where a good place is to find Hori's Real Arcade Pro V3 SA (in North America)? I'm really thinking about getting one. I have a V2 but would like to get a 2nd one for friends when they come over? Any opinions regarding the V3? Is it any better than the SFIV TE sticks?

I got this game pre-ordered. I have the first one but no one to play against at all

I"m confused guys. I've watched a ton of videos and it doesn't look like this game has much depth at all. Maybe some one can maybe explain some of the mechanics for me? I've done some searching around and all I get are reviewers saying get this game if your a gundam fan. I'm curious to see how much depth this game has.

Zevali If the controller works then I don't think you should have a problem with it then. But yes it is true that the PS3 when playing PS2 games has a delay of about 2-3frames. I'm unsure exactly how long the delay is but I am sure there is a delay. This may or may not apply to both versions of the PS3. The one that emulates PS2 hardware or the PS3 system that has built in emotion engine. It's very difficult to notice lag, there is actually a whole FAQ somewhere regarding input-lag on SRK. Hey Zevali Thats right L1 and L2 won't be used along with Circle on the 2nd row. Just some info I've read from before. I'm not sure if this is true or not but I heard some Joysticks for the PS3 won't be compatible with PS2 games. Also there is lag when playing PS2 games on the PS3 so best use a PS2 instead for time sensative games. I'm not sure about the controller compatibility but I am sure of the lag for Backwords compatibility. Hope that info helps.

If you want a good stick from the start and you dont care about modding. Just pick yourself up a SFIV TE stick. If you want a decent stick then the stick you linked us to is acceptable.

Actually I have spare parts for quick disconnects somewhere. I forgot I had them. I had a project in mind but never got around to finishing it, guess I can use those parts after all.

another reason why I'm hesitant to mod my Arcana Hearts 2 Stick is due to the buttons being soldered on. I don't have the stick yet but I've read that it has soldered buttons. Would be a breeze just to have quick disconnect buttons.

hey Zerite Great to hear because I really didn't want to spend anymore money on the Sticks. I'd have to go through that whole ordering process and waiting. Too much work lol. Though I really hated the SFIV stock Buttons. Those were absolutely horrible, they stick and you have to push them slightly harder to make them register. Hori buttons are a lot better than the stock SFIV buttons right? (assuming you've used the SFIV stock buttons on the SE stick)

Anyone know how good Hori Push Buttons are compared to Sanwa? I just bought me an Arcana Hearts 2 Joystick off Ebay for the PS2. Broke down and finally bought one cuz I really needed a good stick for the PS2. Luckily for me I found one for 135$shipped NEW so that's a pretty good deal if you ask me. Anyways I have an SFIV with modded Sanwa Buttons and Stick. Is the Hori Push-button any good? If they're good I might as well keep them they way they are. Really too lazy to mod everything along with spending extra money on more parts.
