  1. oh yeah, so the active frames don't just take up time they can tech, so the second hit keeps them in the air.
  2. actually 2A's a pretty bitchin close range poke, and oki, 5A's meh, and 6A is....... Ja is good for pressure.
  3. oh that one, well... it's part of a multi hit, so I guess it's there to make sure it hits as for the mulitihit, again I don't really know what the point of it, maybe for some kind of extra damage, either way it doesn't really change many things except that it will continue even after clashing, and it will be invincible after the clash too. Besides Ragna's supposed to have the best DP, it's just obvious it was designed that way.
  4. you're wrong I see nothing wrong with a slight hitbox extension for an AA. 5B is his poke... at 8f slowing it would be kinda stupid, at 10f it's now slow for a B attack 1 hit divider is kinda.... wierd, no real reason to remove it "hey guys, the let's nerf the glass cannon's damage" seriously, lowering Ragna's damage would be ridiculous, maybe nerf his abare. the reason Ragna was so strong in the beggining was because he was actually done (mostly) right.
  5. .........because Jin's 5D sucks..... there is literally no real reason to use 5D anymore. and besides it's still only cancellable with heat and dash, the former is never going to happen at the beggining of the match and the latter being very unsafe, and it's a -9.... I'm excited about the prospect of easy hit-confirm>freeze on the ground. Oh and poke that doesn't have jin's cape as in his hittable box.
  6. lol it was already pretty shit on the freeze side, as long as you can link 5C (again lol) then it's all good.... now if it didn't push as far linking a 5B would be possible.
  7. that would be nice, but 5C>5D works just a well. that also means it's even faster than in CT, so.... we now have a real poke, 5C was nice, but it exposed you too much, and 5D has a GDLK hit box.
  8. 5C>5D that's a serious buff for jin... now jin can do ground freeze easily.... and the corner push. delicous.
  9. what do we have worth nerfing? I mean repeat proration on 6C/6D/623D would be a serious bitch slap, and everything else isn't really good enough to nerf. but the yeah the midscreen damage is going to be much better... not to mention the possiblitity of ground freeze resets, and the corner push is gonna be the shit.

  11. so does that mean we can ACTUALLY combo 5D reliably? that's nice. EDIT: it seems you can combo 5C>5D.... that's a real buff.

  15. I find her closer to venom, but w/e. the only good pokes I've experienced from her is her JC(?), and by good I mean it beats Jin's JC.

  17. I do... sort of, I select an area and use a big template, then just pencil in the left over areas... not that time consuming really, the big problem is the eye strain and what color to use.

  20. I've been noticing some glaring holes in my game, and I feel I have better options, so here are my questions. what're some good setups for JB crossup? I can't seem to cross up with it, I just right by the enemy and it's making me sad. also what's a good way to keep pressure reliable after 5C? this seems basic, but honestly 3C>236A is so unsafe and 5C>6C actually has room for a reversal, and 6C DC is... a coin flip, either it works or I die. I'm thinking Jump cancel, but I don't know what to follow up with... tk ice sword? or IAD something?
  21. actually he can't just jump out of the way of yuki off a chain.... not sure why, maybe something about hit stop, and how the the chain starts on hazama and is connected to him.
  22. who did the jin one? I'm curious as to why Jin's best matchup is Arakune. the rest of it is pretty accurate, but seems like a curve ball to me.
  23. as a jin player. no, it's very highly telegraphed, the reason most people get hit by is it is because it's so terrible that there like "what attack is that? oh yeah Jin has an overhead".
  24. sometimes you get caught off guard and since we're taught to immediately go back to low, a double overhead can catch you... I'm gonna be honest, I don't really understand the question....
