haha I dunno man, gg is just one of those fighters i actually feel confident about teaching other peoplez. I mean i know a good deal about bb, but I don't think i'd be able to teach someone anything other than hakumen shiz. but sf would probably be the best starting point for just about anyone, i mean..shit that was my first fg, i gave up playing 3s so i could learn gg though XD(back in 02-ish time period)

more than likely i'd probably start her with gg, i mean that's one of the fg's that i've actually gone real deep into(7 years strong yo!) but I'd probably teach her someone easy to use before any crazy bsns, gotta get her to understand the idea behind fg's before we get into the different types of fighters in fgs i.e. I used to be baller status with ky, finally picked up baiken a few years ago, never looked back since :O also neutral teching like a boss ftw. although i sometimes get back roll because i over shoot my guarding >_>

sometimes corner combos have to be changed slightly to work for some characters i.e. I have to neutral jump for baiken's j.PSD link to land on almost everyone in the corner meaning i have to make the gatling chain shorter. I'm not too sure on venom since i never felt right with using him/don't feel i'm qualified to answer in depth questions like that/nigga i don't play no homosex kid. but yeah some characters are weird like that, depends on which projectile you're talking about in the first part also look forward to playing another chipp for the first time in like a year, my buddy whose in japan now mained chipp, that guy had some crazy as fuck combos and setups and like he actually named his combos too "David's reverse alpha blade combo 2" shit was hella hype. I wouldn't mind it, kinda sounds like light sparring before practice we did in kendo so i'm definitely down for some of that bsns. believe it or not that kinda thing does happen. Not alot of the time, and in fact you have to lead them into it, but when it does you can usually net 7k for only 2 stars. you just have to read you opponents habits to actually hit it...or just change your rhythm to throw them off(i.e. suddenly get aggressive then back off, i once hit a fatal 6C on a lambda that thought i was gonna air dash in so he went for the DP and ended up geting fatal'd) edit: also blade, while using the 1 magatama per every 1000 damage rule is very beneficial to hakumen don't forget that using less stars for more damage is just as/if not better than using up your magatama, a good 4 star combo off renka is renka(1) > enma > j.2C > etc. try to remember that while more magatama in combos = more damage, it's alot better to try and go for those 2~4 star combos so you can hang back and still have 2 of your other options, besides good anti airs/pokes, open(tk/hop hotaru or tsubaki) also shippu prorates horribly, unless you empty hit with 6C into shippu, it's just not as good as it used to be(in cs1 at least, from what i've heard shippu in mugen is guaranteed 4000 no matter what in cs2)

Now that's what I like to call big damage o_o 5500 and 6000~ isn't so bad for midscreen damage, considering most people were like "oh he can't do stuff midscreen" >:3 edit: nvm saw that it was a fatal. good to know that wall bounce leaves plenty of time for a full charge 6C:kitty:

after gurren you could go for hop > 5A > j.A > j.B > jc > j.2A > j.C, if it's closer to the corner/in the right position you might actually be able to land a 2C > j.2A > etc. running out of stars is kind of annoying but when you do hang back until you get about 4 or so to open some of your options up. anyone else have anything they want to add that i might have missed? ^^;
