Doubt it. Hibiki just looks like he will sound a little feminine. Chances are he will still be voiced by a female English VA to keep his gender ambiguous...unless you brought in Todd Haberkorn.
I've heard Amanda via Seiji Nomi/Dust Taker from Accel World. She's probably the next best voice actor to fit boy characters with. I say she has the right tone for Bullet.
Since this game's musical ultras sound different for every character and every stage, I had no doubt that some stages will make them sound terrible with distorted rhythm (I don't even care if it's intentional). Like Sabrewolf's for example.
It's understandable if a VA may feel stale if he doesn't have more range, but it's not something to hate him/her for. It's a curse, really. What matters though is who has the voice to fit the designated character. Range is irrelevant and that's why we'll keep seeing VA's like JYB and that's how Troy Baker's gotten quite a bit of roles this year. Hell, you might as well hate Jamieson Price too if range is such a problem.
Troy Baker as Kagura isn't surprising considering how rapid his track record has gone up this year.
It's more difficult to think about who will play Azazel. Either Aksys will sneak Ian Sinclair (Toriko) in or have David Lodge (Kenpachi, Jiraiya) in.
There's always gonna be a way for a protagonist with a WMD inside them to subvert their imminent doom and turn a double-edged sword into a utility. It's all a matter of how. I'll expect the latter case, but I hope for a little spin on it.
Terumi kinda-sorta doesn't count since it's just his pre-existing ego. That is, assuming Hazama doesn't change clothes during the CCBP story. CCBP should be a good point for Ragna to have a super mode sooner or later.
I dunno. Her change in personality and objectives felt too sudden to be done by Tsubaki. Initially anyway. But then again, she recognizes Noel and Makoto easily, so there's that.
You just can't be an animu Knight Templar without hamming out "Justice," huh? lol But for all her wandering about what the idea of Justice is, who's really taking in what Hakumen and the rest are saying, Izayoi or Tsubaki?
Victory quotes (dunno if these are post-match quotes) are simplified implications of a character's personality. Blatant, yes, but what Bullet says reflects her personality, Arcade or Story. Like, uh, every other character. Cue "so far."
That's how we thought she was initially having something that looked like a monkey tail when it was really a belt.
And I'm not impressed with how Bullet looks so far personality-wise. I feared what'll happen to her the moment her description mentions "she never breaks a promise." Seriously, who didn't think this will be played for gags?
