i figured out how to mostly drop frustration from my game by doing the following: becoming comfortable with my own skill level, and instead of looking to ranked matches to justify my skill, being ok with a win or a loss and seeing it as a reflection of how i played while knowing how good i really am also knowing how to play in a tournament or ranked setting is a really good thing, like that nervousness sucks dick. but ultimately its really not a big deal for me, i try to keep it cool calm and collected and just try to rape always try to rape but yeah its just a game, and playing it should definitely be for fun (through competitive improvement) but if you think that chilling for a bit would help you more in the long run you should definitely go for it~
