I think at worst the Japanese version will simply lack full dual-audio, meaning it would only have dual-audio for battle voices like every BB since CS1, and only have Japanese text.

Oh yeah, according that link there's going to be a gameplay video of Celica in today's Bururaji. Lambda's sprites don't appear different from Nu's so Lambda has been given a visible "forcefield" effect to differentiate the two (similar to the glow effect on the persona-using version of Sho Minazuki in P4U2).
