How many modes have different titles and even names from each other? And yeah, I know the difference in names is only in how they are written. The way Yukari and Junpei speak of this "Persona'ed" Sho on the stream was very implicit of him being a different person from "Persona-less Sho".

Well, I say character select art, but really that because it's the same art used for super flashes and I saw his super flash.

"Persona'ed Sho" has slightly different character select art (different facial expression), his sprite has slightly darker colours and he has this blue glow surrounding him. More than likely a separate playable character. "Persona-less Sho" has access to a burst, unlike "Persona-less Labrys".

From the explanation of the game on stream: He shows up in Yukari's arcade mode in the cutscene before her fight with Shadow Chie, so yeah cutscene NPC there. However in the trailer, the shadowy figure of him looks like the kind of portrait artwork you see on the VS screen and in-game HUD.

Yes. Also, Sho comes in two versions. One without a persona and one with one. They have different titles and the Sho with a Persona has his name written in katakana while Persona-less Sho has his name writting in kanji.
