  1. According to Bururaji H episode 6, Izayoi's Astral is called "Judge of Destiny". Just putting this here.
  2. Eh, but the Tsubaki/Izayoi stuff isn't really the main conflict of the game. The plot seems more centred around Kushinada's Lynchpin/Bang's nail. The Izayoi stuff, while it might tie into the ending, comes across as a side plot.
  3. Well, there is no defined "Final Boss" in Chronophantasma. At least not until maybe the console version gives us one.
  4. Um. Izayoi's story is that Jin breaks her free from the Imperator's mind control and she decides she wants to protect her friends.
  5. Um... how is it retarded? It's sappy and cliche, yeah, but it's the most comprehensible part of the CP plot we know about right now. Though the fact you think she's going to be need to confronted about how her justice is "wrong" makes me think you've been reading up on it from the wrong places.
  6. ??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rqtmQvwnl0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrD1LmMzS0o
  7. Uh, but the bosses aren't Unlimited. At least not in the traditional sense of what unlimited characters were, which was super overpowered versions of the characters which may or may not have moves unavailable to the normal versions or even play entirely differently from the normal versions (like how Unlimited Makoto plays like Dudley). From what I've watched in streams and such, bosses as they are fought in arcade mode in CP are just faster and have OD always being max length regardless of health left. Arcade mode bosses don't even have the unlimited portraits we're seeing in the screenshots (see the Shoryuken article), which have darkened shading and glowing eyes.
  8. Bururaji called this Material Collection the "arcade version" as if to indicate there'll be another one for the console version. And naturally, the timeline section in this MC is called "History of BlazBlue Ver. AC [Chronophantasma]" (AC meaning Arcade).
  9. Next episode is on the 28th. Sugita and Kondou put emphasis on how close it is, if that means anything. Also, Unlimited Mars and Survival Modes being added back in for CP arcade version, LOL.
  10. Arcade version is getting "new" modes. By which I mean old ones that were removed are being put back in (Unlimited Mars and Survival). I'd have preferred console version news over this.
  11. http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/watch/bk1823 - Remix Heart Chapter 9 lolgrimoireinducedamnesia She still has red eyes even after Jin frees her from Mind Eater, though.
  12. That ain't really on topic, but it's highly doubtful a "BlazBlue voice actors thread" won't end in catastrophic flame wars so I guess there's really nowhere it can go. However, considering my observations of CS1's dub recording (it started in February 2010 and then it probably concluded in April the same year), this would be about the time dub recording starts. So I will say it's a definite possibility.
  13. I think it might be like she has some sort of reckless plan involving Ragna and it requires both of them to die (if at least temporarily) in order to work. The fact she said die and kill in quotes makes me think there's some other meaning behind it.
  14. LOL... That's a muddled mess and much of the Izayoi fight translation is either wrong or taking the blogger's speculations as if they were actual things said by the characters. Here's the basic gist (in list form) of what I got from the Rachel arcade blog for the ending. 1.Rachel asks Izayoi what in her once dizzy eyes does she view Ragna the Bloodedge as. 2.Izayoi say he's the source of the world's evil and that she'll seek and destroy him with her justice. 3.Rachel calls Izayoi arrogant but then tells her she has nothing to worry about. "That slow, sloppy, fool beyond any help of a man that is Ragna the Bloodedge is not long for. He's going to 'die'." 4.Izayoi says "Even if I were to believe that, you expect me to overlook him?" 5.Rachel then says "That man, I don't care how or when he is killed. But I have a request of you, user of the Izayoi. When he dies, please kill me." 6.Izayoi asks something along the lines of "is this some kind of trick?"
  15. I'd rather people had accurate information from a first hand source than shitty mistranslations or second hand information that may not be 100% true. And if the accurate info doesn't exist, I'd rather have nothing.
  16. She doesn't initially break free of the Imperator's control when she awakens it and "Sealed Weapon Izayoi" becomes "Zero Weave Izayoi", that comes after. Jin is the one who broke her free of the Imperator's control, as Izayoi even states herself in both her own arcade mode and Rachel's (though in Rachel's, she worded it as Jin having "liberated [her] from the darkness").
  17. Tremain completely misinterpreted Tager's ending. It's not before Calamity Trigger, it's on 1/30 and Tager's talking about giving access to Cameras 1 through 12 to Kagura, not retrieving the bodies of 11 and 12. He also says he hasn't found "those two" yet(referring to Noel and Makoto).
  18. It's funny, because going by the latest Bururaji that's exactly the reaction the VAs had as well.
  19. Oh... Rachel asked Izayoi to kill her once Ragna has been killed. Wait... Ragna is going to be killed? Oh... and Chronophantasma refers to PEOPLE, as in people like Rachel (and Celica). I thought it refered to something else, my bad.
  20. Hmmm...? I'm under the impression that the official languages of the NOL are English and Japanese (signs are written in both) and that culturally everyone is a weird mish-mash of European and Asian culture apart from a few groups of "Orients" who cling to old unaltered Asian culture. Ikaruga as a "nation" was seemingly culturally similar to Japan.
  21. Appears to be North Germanic in origin, so from Scandinavia (and also Iceland). The name does have a male equivalent in "Ragnar".
  22. I'm pretty sure he didn't, and he's probably going to spend CP not knowing it either.
  23. Not sure about Izayoi, but the way Nox Nyctores work is they get their power from the souls sealed into them as cores. Their power is "sealed" away by removing those cores. Though Rettenjou is different in that it's core was originally the core of Kushinada's Lynchpin, not a soul.
  24. I dunno, but I think Hakumen's able to channel his Power of Order through it to act a replacement power source.
