No, they're "Mu-12 bodies". They were base bodies that were made the create the 12th prime field device but didn't quite make it.

There was no change. It was dependant on what voice set Hazama had in the fight. "You think I have the answer to your questions?" was in Set A and B "Shut up and die" was in Set C. Only the console versions had this behaviour that allowed for Hazama's Sets A and B to apply in a match versus Ragna, arcade versions had Hazama always in C voice set when fighting Ragna.
