It should be Snaphance Fist (or Snaphaunce Fist, even). Since a lot of her moves are named for things having to do with guns/ammunition. Also, Wadcut: Engage doesn't have a "real" command, it's a D follow-up to all her drive normals (source: http://sp.bbcp.ac/chara19.php). So you should list its "command" as "D (during Drive Attacks)".

There's actually nothing new here at all. Unless you count Platinum wanting to defeat Terumi to prove herself to Jubei as new. I wouldn't, that's standard Platinum behaviour. But they will be covering the time release characters in the next one coming up, which may or may not include Izayoi. So that would definitely be something new, if Izayoi's inclusion were true.

Hey man, I'm just trying to ease his worries. Last thing this thread needs is complaining over certain characters not being playable.

Jubei will be DLC, probably. If not, he'll be in the next revision of CP. Either way, he'll eventually be playable in CP for sure. As you said, CP concludes the Six Heroes plotline; the best place to add Jubei as a playable is here. The Kokonoe and Saya thing is an old rumour from an old interview which had already been discussed here months ago; I would not give it too much credit. But I digress, I'm pretty sure this kind of discussion isn't exactly allowed in this thread.

I personally don't like the idea of separating the story by affiliation. I think it's more logical to assign the stories to our 3 main characters, as we know they're all going their separate ways in the storyline. Some characters would lose out, but that could easily be fixed by adding unlockable "side-story" chapters that focus on them. Associating each story with a particular affiliation would be difficult since a few characters are only loosely connected to one affiliation, and the freelance characters are basically split among "those who are on Ragna's side" and "those who want to turn Ragna in for the bounty". I also don't want to play from the NOL's perspective this time, I think the story could use a little more suspense when it comes to revealing their intentions this time 'round.

Takamagahara is something entirely different, and from what I understand they've been infected with a virus that turns off their consciousnesses and gives their power to the Imperator, or something. The "gives their power to the Imperator" part may be specifically from the CS MC, I don't remember it being stated in the games but I do remember reading about it in the Materials Collection thread.

IIRC, the original Japanese version of the line was kinda vague about whether she was just stating her intentions or what she had already done. The dub decidedly went with the latter, and has now suffered for it.

Argh. Something I sorely missed. The Nox Nyctores Phoenix Rettenjou is actually a copy of Kushinada's Lynchpin. This was revealed in the Phase Shift novels, it seems. This is actually old information but I missed it.

Mu and Nu are not playable in the current loketest. Also, Wild Candy, that thing said about Nu is not exactly accurate. Though I suppose that's more of a subject for Zepp. Plus, BlazBlue Wiki (assuming you're referring to the Wikia one) is not a good source, they make a hell of a lot of weird assumptions.

Ragna is looking for Noel in his CP arcade story. Also, there's a month-long gap between the stories of CS and CP, why wouldn't he want to check up on her? He hasn't seen her for a month.

After looking at it more closely, Jin's Tsubaki palette's only resemblance to Tsubaki's current default is the fact it has red hair and eyes; the clothing colours are all wrong for Tsubaki's CP default and only sorta look like Tsubaki's old CS default, but the shades are still a bit off.
