After reading the data on him, he has quite a few command normal overheads if the translation is correct. Overheads and LV 3 drills that can hit low? Someone is going to exploit the possibilities of this, and I can't wait to use them myself. Also, Babality Astral makes me even more hype to play him (Yeah, I know everyone doesn't turn into a baby but it's still a form of lowering age).

I'm sure there will be a Data Thread AFTER the game has been released. Making one right now would be pretty silly if you ask me. Toasty would probably just take your link and add it to the first post to make reference to the data that has been collected.

Amane looks like he's going to be a fun character. I don't really play character that float (He kind of does from what I've seen from the loc-tests), but he looks solid overall. I just with the new loc-test videos had video of Amane since in the new ones, everyone's playing matches instead of just testing things out. It's cool though, the game will be hitting arcades soon and I wonder who in Japan is going to do really well with him.

Same to you, sorry for the Ragna play but when there's spikes or lag, I can't use Jin effectively. I can't say I blame the guy, I saw the mad lag-spikes when you guys were playing, hell we had some too. I just stuck around until I couldn't take it anymore since I know you're a good guy and you aren't kicking your router lol.

About the Friday Event, I show up in Philly around 6PM so I'd be down for this. I'll bring my PS3 and copies of P4U and BB. I'll most likely have GG on my set up too once I get my side check next week so expect GG on my PS3 there too. I will have my video camera too to catch the insane moments as well lol!

I thought the same thing too but I can see how delaying it could work out if the opponent is recklessly mashing buttons on wake up due to recovery on certain moves. It's probably situational depending on what they're doing on wake up though.

I'll be getting bodied in GG, and playing P4U. Heck if people are interested, I'd be willing to run a BB side tournament. Last year we only got 8 people to play and that was probably due to the change from CS2/EX was so recent.

That is an option as well. You will most likely get a CH 5D this way and you could do a combo for a good amount of damage.

Not really much to say here, you played the match up and won. I'd just say don't try to burst bait so hard when your opponent has a good amount health, you were baiting a burst that he probably wasn't going to use at that time. Other than that, be more wary on how you use your meter, there were points you used Ziodyne when the combo damage was badly scaled and you barely got anything for it. EDIT: Please, don't post unless you're asking for critiquing or are critiquing. Any post that do not contribute to the thread's purpose will be deleted.

5D oki works on Akihiko, you're probably: 1) Not close enough 2) Hitting him with Max range 2AB (5D will get punished in that case) 3) Not pressing 5D after 2AB when you should be pressing it. Akihiko shouldn't be able to mash out 5A in your 5D okizeme pressure if it's done properly.
